Mysarium started in Fall of 2006 when I got my first recording program. Since then I have been updating my tone library and improving my playing and recording abilities. Track Name: Changes I
I awoke to something strange
Feeling like something had changed
Took the mirror off the wall
Still can’t explain what I saw

These hand that I thought were mine
Seem to have changed overnight
Cracked and raw with dirty nails
Lack of sleep, it never fails

Cleaned myself of yesterday
All my fears should’ve washed away
Dried my eyes and still I see
Broken hands attached to me

Who is this man I’ve become?
Burned by life and burned by sun
Who’s the man staring back at me?
Took my life away from me

Changes, changes, oh these changes
Changes only I can see
Stranger, stranger, oh life changer
Put me back where I oughta be

Speak in tongues I’ve never heard
Understanding every words
Waiting for this to make sense
Standing still, standing tense

Grabbed a firm hold of my head
Slammed it up against my bed
What the hell’s become of me?
Who is this that possessed me?

Houses built of brick and stone
Line the streets I used to know
Walked this road along the lines
Never seen these desperate times

What’s this place that beckons me?
What is this place that I see?
Garden Road where gardens grow
And yours is one they aspire to

Changes, changes, oh these changes
Changes only I can see
Stranger, stranger, oh life changer
Put me back where I oughta be

Flowers, plants and garden gnomes
Is all I see at these homes
Walked to my backyard to see
What they speak about to me

A rainbow correlation of
Trees and plants that hang above
Terraces and roses too
Now I see the things they do

Walked into the country store
Saw someone I’ve seen before
Saw her aura, glowing light
Swear it was love at first sight

Then she turned and smiled at me
Took a breath, said, “You will see.
As sure as waves will hit the shores,
My garden will outdo yours.”
Track Name: Changes II
This sand is a cemetery
With nothing you need
This land is a desert
Filled with loneliness and weeds

These words are empty
Like the sound of yours
These waters will batter
And eat away at these shores

I’m praying for better days
That will bring me eternal sleep
I’m hoping you change your ways
So I won’t have to see you weep

Hours and hours on end
And still you have no coin
You work yourself to the bone
Just to prove your point

Your tears won’t make them grow
The ground is oh so dry
Your words can’t make them grow
Still your eyes and fingers cry

Waiting by the roses you plant
Showing them you care
You’ve given them all you have
I see you struggle and tug your hair

Wait for me by the house you own
You skeleton, you bag of bones
Bring me to the plants you’ve grown
Grown with blood of sacrificed crows

You wither away as we walk
These crops you speak of are not in sight
Your voice quivers as we talk
Of seeds and plants that see no light

Break down into sudden tears
Fall upon your torn up knees
Reveal to me your darkest fear
Is having no flowers to give me

Your tears won’t make them grow
The ground is oh so dry
Your words can’t make them grow
Still your eyes and fingers cry

Crazy in love
I see your face from above
If this makes you happy I’m happy too
It’s OK ‘cause by the way you look I’ll see you soon
Crazy in love!

Baby I don’t care for plants
I care about your health
I don’t care for money much
I do not care for wealth

Now come with me I’ll keep you safe
A storm is closing in
Can’t you see the blackened clouds
And feel the vicious winds

You wrapped your hands around my neck
And choked me ‘til I died
Took a knife out from your blouse
And shoved in my side and

Now my plants will grow again
And with them you will too
Now shut your eyes and lay there, love
The storm is coming through

Your tears won’t make them grow
The ground is oh so dry
Your words can’t make them grow
Still your eyes and fingers cry

Crazy in love
Crazy in love
Track Name: Changes III
As I slip from REM to life
I feel a sense of urgency
I throw the sheets off from myself
I feel it's an emergency

I run to see that I’ve returned
To the man I used to be
The life I saw just days ago
Seems to have slipped away from me

My phone rings I hear a voice
Of some familiarity
It’s my boss he says I’m late
For the place that I loathe to be

I must find this girl I know
I don my clothes, run to the streets
I roam the roads I know too well
The pavement hard beneath my feet

I got to find her
I got to see her
I got to tell her how I feel
I got to hold her
I got to kiss her
I have to find the girl, that I know, will understand that this love is for real

Hands are soaked with nervous sweat
The broken hands I have no more
Barely lined with paper cuts
They've seen no labor, done no chores

I begin to tire quick
So in the coffee shop I stroll
And there she is before my eyes
The girl I’ve always wished to know

I don’t want to scare her now
I barely know her from this place
I muster up courage now
And ask to speak, face to face

Miss, I know this seems so strange
But I know you from all my dreams
We had love that grew so strong
Your sanity ripped at the seams

I got to find her
I got to see her
I got to tell her how I feel
I got to hold her
I got to kiss her
I have to find the girl, that I know, will understand that this love is for real

Changes, changes, oh these changes
Changes only I can see
Stranger, stranger, oh life changer
Put me back where I oughta be

Changes
CHANGES!
Changes
CHANGES!

Stranger, stranger, oh life changer
Put me back where I oughta be

Surely you must think I’m crazy
But you’re the girl stuck in my mind
My garden spoke to you in volumes
I only wish you to be mine

She took a minute, stared at me
Drew in air and began to speak
"Sir, it seems you have gone mad
But I’m mad too, it’s you I’ve seen

In my dreams I’ve seen a man
With a stature such as your
And in the country store I said
One day my garden will outdo yours"

She took my hands into her own
And said, "You’re him, I plainly see
In your eyes the same desire
I have for you, you do for me"
I got to find her
I got to see her
I got to tell her how I feel
I got to hold her
I got to kiss her
I have to find the girl, that I know, will understand that this love is for real
